Replies come from a person, within two working days, counted from when the message arrives rather than from when it is read.

Why an address and not a form

A working contact form needs a mail service, DNS records on a domain, a rate limit and bot protection. None of that is set up here yet, and this site’s own catalogue says a form that delivers nowhere is worse than no form. When the sending side exists, a form replaces this — and the page you land on afterwards is already written for that day.

What makes a message easy to answer

A line on your manifest looks wrong
Say which service and what you expected instead. The list comes from rules rather than guesses, so a wrong line is a bug in the rules and worth fixing for everyone.
A free-tier figure has moved
Every allowance in the catalogue carries the date it was read. If a vendor changed theirs, the fastest correction is you telling me which one.
A service is missing from the catalogue
Include what it does and the exact scope it asks for. A record without a real scope name is not ready to go in, so that detail is the useful part.
You want the assistant bridge
It is designed and not built. Knowing somebody actually wants it is the difference between it staying designed and getting built.

If you have not run the interview yet, a manifest link is the single most useful thing to paste into a message — it carries your nine answers, so I can see the same list you are looking at.
