Every message gets a reply within two working days. That is counted from when the message lands rather than from when it is read, and it is a maximum rather than an average — most get answered the same day.
If it has been longer than that, the message went missing rather than being ignored. Send it again and say it is a second attempt.
What happens now
A person reads it. Not an autoresponder.
If it is a wrong line in a manifest, the catalogue gets corrected.
Which fixes it for everybody, not just for you.
You get a reply either way.
Including “no”, and including “I do not know”.
